This week I was practicing piping letters and designs with the leftover buttercream I had in the fridge from the past few cakes. I'm a classic youngest child in that I learn by imitating, which is how I've taught myself cake decorating. That tendency comes into play when I'm doing a new design for a client or something I've never seen before. Give me a picture and I can copy it!
